Weaving
Weaving is one of the main stages in making our lining fabrics, and it takes real skill and care. Our team follows the process closely at every stage, so the finished fabric meets industry standards and what our customers expect.
We weave on 140 Picanol dobby air-jet looms and 28 air-jet jacquard looms. We put a strong focus on fabrics made from sustainable fibers, and we keep modernizing our production to use less energy and water.
Our production capacity is 1.2 million linear meters of fabric per month.
what we do
Sizing
Once the yarns are warped, they undergo sizing to enhance their strength and smoothness. Sizing involves coating the yarns with a protective film, which reduces breakage and friction during weaving. Our sizing agents ensure that the yarns are not only stronger but also environmentally safe. This step is crucial for maintaining the integrity and quality of the final fabric.
WARping
Warping is the first critical step in the weaving process. During this stage, yarns are wound onto a large reel, known as a warping beam, in a precise and organized manner. This preparation ensures that the yarns are aligned correctly and maintain the desired tension throughout the weaving process.
Weaving
The weaving process is where the magic happens. Our state-of-the-art looms interlace the warp and weft yarns to create the fabric. We employ a variety of weaving techniques to produce different textures and patterns, catering to the diverse needs of our customers. Whether it’s plain, twill, or satin weave, our skilled technicians ensure that each piece of fabric is woven to perfection.
Quality control
Quality control is an integral part of our weaving process. Each batch of fabric undergoes rigorous inspection to detect any defects or irregularities. Our quality control team uses both automated systems and manual checks to ensure that every metre of fabric meets hight standards.
